Home remedies for Piles (Haemorrhoids)

Piles, often known as haemorrhoids, are swollen veins at the anus or in the lower rectum that can be painful, bleed, and be uncomfortable.

Piles are classified into two types based on their location: internal and external. Internal Piles are located inside the rectum and are usually not visible, frequently manifest as rectal bleeding without discomfort or prolapse.

While external Piles occur under the skin around the anus and can be felt or seen it may also bleed if thrombosed and could be quite painful. There are some remedies to ease the pain and problems in piles.

Lady finger water helps in Piles.

      •  Processed meals may be poor in fibre and heavy in harmful fats, salt, and sugar, which can increase piles symptoms and cause constipation. Limit or avoid processed foods such as fast food, frozen meals, and packaged snacks.
      • Probiotics are beneficial bacteria that can help regulate digestion and reduce gut inflammation. Adding foods such as yogurt, kefir, or sauerkraut can increase the number of probiotics in the gut and promote digestive health.
